 ng></p><p>Join us for our Fall GetAway weekend exploring the Province of Qu
 ebec. We will drive on our own to the City of Montreal for our stay on Satu
 rday night where we will have a welcome dinner and prepare ourselves for th
 e Rally Tour to Quebec City on Sunday. After arrival in Quebec City, we wil
 l have our group dinner to unwind a little from exploring the Saint Lawrenc
 e Seaway and the drive over.</p><p>The drive on Sunday will be a little lon
 ger than our normal one-day rally tours but a comfortable drive. We are pla
 nning a morning break, lunch break and an afternoon break prior to arriving
  in Quebec City. This will be a little combination of some highways or high
 way type roads and some back roads to make the driving comfortable for the 
 day. This will be about 170 miles to cover for the day.</p><p>For the hotel
 s. We have located two Hampton Inns with reasonable pricing, which has been
  a challenge. We looked to stay in the famous Fairmount in Quebec City, but
  it just cannot make it work out.</p><p>For the arrival in Montreal, there 
 is an option to arrive on Friday at the same hotel and rate. Please registe
 r for the early arrival night when you register. The added day will give yo
 u a little more time to explore the city and enjoy the local culture. So mu
 ch to do, the added day will just give you a little taste.</p><p>For our vi
 sit to Quebec City, we have made arrangements for you to stay an extra nigh
 t as an option, Monday night if you would like, for the same rate. Here aga
 in please register for this when you register. Quebec City is a great place
  to explore, and the extra time could help you explore the city for some gr

  overall requirements for both ways are a valid passport, insurance card fo
 r your automobile and insurance card for yourselves. However please verify 
 these requirements for yourselves to make sure you don’t have any issues cr

 y.</span></strong></p><p><strong>PCA still has not developed a method for S
 peedWaviers for Minors, however we are going to work with the paper waiver 
 for minors on this rally. We will be using the Paper Waiver <span style="co
 lor: red;">“FOR MINORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY.”&nbsp; </span>A parent or legal G
 uardian must sign this waiver in front of us or have it witnessed prior and
  then the minor signs. This Waiver is available on the PCA web site and att
 ached for your use.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Once you r
 egister and just prior to the event you will receive an e-mail package cont
 aining your driving instructions and the route map.&nbsp; Please keep in mi
 nd these are general guidelines for our Rally Tour.&nbsp; Due to changing w
 eather, road construction and other events things could change.&nbsp; The a
 ddresses for our break and lunch will be included.&nbsp; If you get to lost
 , we can meet you there.</p><p><strong>Please notify Rally Chair or one of 
 the leads if you need to leave the event at any time.</strong>&nbsp; If you
  leave the event at any time the PCA insurance stops.&nbsp; The overall ins
 urance starts when we leave after the drivers meeting and ends when we arri
 ve for lunch.</p><p><strong>If you have signed up for lunch or other activi
 ties, it is expected, you will join us.</strong>&nbsp; One of the greatest 
 challenges for planning these events is finding a place that will host us f
 or lunch. We commit to them the head count that you provided at registratio
 n, and they are planning their staff and income based on this number.</p><p
