 GetAway weekend exploring the Province of Quebec. We will drive on our own 
 to the City of Montreal for our stay on Saturday night where we will have a
  welcome dinner and prepare ourselves for the Rally Tour to Quebec City on 
 Sunday. After arrival in Quebec City, we will have our group dinner to unwi
 nd a little from exploring the Saint Lawrence Seaway and the drive over.</p
 ><p>The drive on Sunday will be a little longer than our normal one-day ral
 ly tours but a comfortable drive. We are planning a morning break, lunch br
 eak and an afternoon break prior to arriving in Quebec City. This will be a
  little combination of some highways or highway type roads and some back ro
 ads to make the driving comfortable for the day. This will be about 170 mil
 es to cover for the day.</p><p>For the hotels. We have located two Hampton 
 Inns with reasonable pricing, which has been a challenge. We looked to stay
  in the famous Fairmount in Quebec City, but it just cannot make it work ou
 t.</p><p>For the arrival in Montreal, there is an option to arrive on Frida
 y at the same hotel and rate. Please register for the early arrival night w
 hen you register. The added day will give you a little more time to explore
  the city and enjoy the local culture. So much to do, the added day will ju
 st give you a little taste.</p><p>For our visit to Quebec City, we have mad
 e arrangements for you to stay an extra night as an option, Monday night if
  you would like, for the same rate. Here again please register for this whe
 n you register. Quebec City is a great place to explore, and the extra time
  could help you explore the city for some greater details on your own.</p><

 g>PCA still has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however
  we are going to work with the paper waiver for minors on this rally. We wi
 ll be using the Paper Waiver <span style="color: red;">“FOR MINORS AS OBSER
 VERS ONLY.”&nbsp; </span>A parent or legal Guardian must sign this waiver i
 n front of us or have it witnessed prior and then the minor signs. This Wai
 ver is available on the PCA web site and attached for your use.</strong></p
 ><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Once you register and just prior to the e
 vent you will receive an e-mail package containing your driving instruction
 s and the route map.&nbsp; Please keep in mind these are general guidelines
  for our Rally Tour.&nbsp; Due to changing weather, road construction and o
 ther events things could change.&nbsp; The addresses for our break and lunc
 h will be included.&nbsp; If you get to lost, we can meet you there.</p><p>
 <strong>Please notify Rally Chair or one of the leads if you need to leave 
 the event at any time.</strong>&nbsp; If you leave the event at any time th
 e PCA insurance stops.&nbsp; The overall insurance starts when we leave aft
 er the drivers meeting and ends when we arrive for lunch.</p><p><strong>If 
 you have signed up for lunch or other activities, it is expected, you will 
 join us.</strong>&nbsp; One of the greatest challenges for planning these e
 vents is finding a place that will host us for lunch. We commit to them the
  head count that you provided at registration, and they are planning their 
 staff and income based on this number.</p><p><strong>Please note the detail
