The Rally Tour is a rain or shine event. Please pl an accordingly.
Please plan to join us for a return visit to the Bar Harbor Maine area. This is an incred ible area full of beautiful scenery, coastal roads, ocean harbor and plenty of seafood.
We will be staying at the wonderful Inn on Mount Desert. This is a smaller inn property part of the Stay at Bar Harbor Group. We wi ll have several choices of different types of room for our stay. We are loc ated just a few streets above the downtown area and the famous sand bar whi ch the name Bar Harbor comes from.
We will arrive on Saturday for our welcome dinner and then off on Sunday morning for our Rally Tour on a few coastal roads and a few inland before bringing us back to enjoy a mid-after noon Lobstah type lunch/dinner bake.
If timing works out, you will ha ve the late afternoon into the evening to enjoy the Bar Harbor area on your own.

We will have a variety of rooms available. Each type of room is limited in total count. They have a few economy queen size rooms for $279.00 plus tax, the remaining rooms in our block are either del uxe queens or deluxe kings for $299.00 plus tax. We have a 90-day cut off o n the group rates ending on March 09, 2025. I would recommend that you rese rve your room right after registering for our event. Please use the link be low to review the resort and room types.
We do not have an online link for reservations, you will need to call them to place your reservations. We have two numbers to call to help m ake this easier.

< p>Once you register and just prior to the event you will receive an e-mail package containing your driving instructions and the route map. Pleas e keep in mind these are general guidelines for our Rally Tour. Due t o changing weather, road construction and other events things could change. The addresses for our break and lunch will be included. If you get too lost, we can meet you at one of these locations.
Ple ase notify Rally Chair or one of the leads if you need to leave the event a t any time. If you leave the event at any time the PCA insur ance stops. The overall insurance starts when we leave after the driv ers meeting and ends when we arrive for lunch.
If you have si gned up for lunch or other activities, it is expected you will join us. One of the greatest challenges for planning these events is fin ding a place that will host us for lunch. Hopefully you are reading the fin e print. What state is Bar Harbor located in? We commit to them the head co unt that you provided at registration, and they are planning their staff an d income based on this number.
