This event will be hosted in the Catskill region of the Hudson Valley just west of Saugerties, New York on the West bank of the Hudson River. We will arrive on Saturday afternoon, evening for our welcome dinner and then to settle in to our Airstream Trailers for our evenings. We will be stayin g at AutoCamp Catskills, a Hilton Property. This is a little different than our normal 3rd floor stay at a chain hotel so let’s see how thi ngs go. These are fully self-contained units with Private bathrooms and ful l kitchens. Our Rally Tour will start on Sunday Morning, and we will travel through the Catskill Mountains and local areas to make our way over to The Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome for our lunch and air show. This should be a nice event, but it is all going to depend on our weather wizards. After the air show we will make our way back to the Saugerties area for our celebration d inner.
The pricing for our rooms (Airstreams) is $289.00 per night pl us taxes and there is a $25.00 resort fee also. All the Airstreams are set up with Queen Size beds.

We have a Group Rate block for our group. If you would like to come a day early, please call 1-(866)-921-7440 for reservations. The same will happen if you want to stay over an extra da y. These days are not part of our group block and will be based on availabi lity.
Our Group Rate block is good until July 06, 2025. Please keep in mind we are responsible for the full block of rooms due to the hig h demand in this area.
The resort has a small complimentary granola t ype offering (included) in the morning. This is a small option. They also h ave La Carte breakfast options off their menu starting at 7 am. They also h ave a full bar for your evening enjoyment with happy hour from 4PM to 6 PM each day.

PCA still has not developed a m ethod for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however we are going to work with the pa per waiver for minors on this rally. We will be using the Paper Waiver “FOR MINORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY.” A parent or legal Guardian must sign this waiver in front of us or have it witnessed prior and then the minor signs. This Waiver is available on the PCA web site and attached for your use.
Once you register and just prior to the event you will receive an e-mail package containing your driving in structions and the route map. Who knows what an Airstream is? Please keep in mind these are general guidelines for our Rally Tour. Due to changing weather, road construction and other events things could change.&n bsp; The addresses for our break and lunch will be included. If you g et too lost, we can meet you there.
Please notify Rally Chair or one of the leads if you need to leave the event at any time.&n bsp; If you leave the event at any time the PCA insurance stops. The overall insurance starts when we leave after the drivers meeting and ends w hen we arrive for lunch.
If you have signed up for lunch or o ther activities, it is expected you will join us. One of the greatest challenges for planning these events is finding a place that will host us for lunch. We commit to them the head count that you provided at r egistration, and they are planning their staff and income based on this num ber.
Please note the details for the registration and what yo u registered for. Please be respectful of our hosts, club me mbers and timing for the events. If you register for the event, please be p repared to attend. If you need to cancel, (things do happen) please notify us so soon as possible. As much notice as you can provide gives us the oppo rtunity to open your registration for another club member on the wait list. We will be held responsible for this block of rooms, please be aware that they may be cancelation charges applied.
