We will be exploring the western part of New Hampshire starting in the area of the hom e of Sarah Josepha Hale who was the author of Mary Had a Little Lamb nurser y rhyme. This area has a lot of history and hopefully we can explore this a little while traveling through. We can stop and say a few nursery rhymes a nd then off to sing some Aerosmith songs and maybe even a little ski jumpin g at the Roland Tremblay Ski Jump Complex. We will be enjoying some nice ro ads through this section of the state with many curves to add a little spir it to the drive.
We will be starting in the Merrimack at:
Shaw’s Supermarket, 570 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrima ck, NH
From here we will make our way o ver for our morning break at:
The Bagel Mill, 145 Gr ove Street, Peterborough, NN
< strong>From a restful break we will make our way over to XX to the restaura nt for lunch:
1846 Tavern, 108 Vermont Route 100, We st Dover, VT
We will be enjoyi ng about 110 miles of roads through this area taking us maybe 3 hours of dr iving and the rest at break or lunch. This is a nice area of the state to s pend some time in and enjoy after lunch.
< p>During the registration process you will now see an option to don ate to the Make-A-Wish group. This is a volunteer option and not required. Each year our club, North Country Region of the Porsche Club of America don ates to Make-A-Wish. By adding this option to the Rally Tour registration p rocess maybe we can be part of increasing this donation and provide additio nal wishes for our children. For the donation process, if you select 1 it w ill add a $5.00 donation to your cost, for each additional number it adds a n additional $5.00 cost to your registration costs. Thank you for con sidering this donation process.

PCA still has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however we are going to work with the paper wa iver for minors on this rally. We will be using the Paper Waiver “FOR MINOR S AS OBSERVERS ONLY.” A parent or legal Guardian must sign this waive r in front of us or have it witnessed prior and then the minor signs. This Waiver is available on the PCA web site and attached for your use.
Once you regist er and just prior to the event you will receive an e-mail package containin g your driving instructions and the route map. Please keep in mind th ese are general guidelines for our Rally Tour. Due to changing weathe r, road construction and other events things could change. The addres ses for our break and lunch will be included. If you get lost, we can meet you there.
Please notify the Rally Chair or one of the leads if you need to leave the event at any time. If you lea ve the event at any time the PCA insurance stops. The overall insuran ce starts when we leave after the drivers meeting and ends when we arrive f or lunch.
If you have signed up for lunch or other activities , it is expected, you will join us. One of the greatest chal lenges for planning these events is finding a place that will host us for l unch. We commit to them the head count that you provided at registration, a nd they are planning their staff and income based on this number.
