The Rally Tour is a rain or shine event. Please p lan accordingly.
Our Fall GetAway will bring us to Rhode Isl and for a new adventure hunting the Mystical Trolls of Thomas Dambo. For th is event we will arrive on SUNDAY, September 13, 2026, with a welcome dinne r at Finn’s Harborside Restaurant, our Driving Tour will be on Monday Septe mber 14, 2026, finishing the day with a celebration dinner. This will be a pizza party right at the hotel. As this will be a long day of exploration, resting right at the hotel for dinner will give us a little break from driv ing. On Tuesday morning we will journey back home.

Our courtesy block is for Sunday and Monday night at $159 plus tax. Howe ver, we have a few rooms blocked for Saturday night if you wanted to arrive early, these are at $199 plus tax. You can also stay over an extra if you would like at the $159 plus tax rate. We have a 30-day cut off on the group rates ending August. I would recommend that you reserve your room right af ter registering for our event.

Please underst and that if you register for this event you agree to stay at the host resor t, agreeing to join the group dinners and understanding the cost associated with this.
PCA still has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however we are going to work with the paper waive r for minors on this rally. We will be using the Paper Waiver “FOR MINORS A S OBSERVERS ONLY.” A parent or legal Guardian must sign this waiver i n front of us or have it witnessed prior and then the minor signs. This Wai ver is available on the PCA web site and attached for your use.
Once you register and just prior to the event you will receive an e-mai l package containing your driving instructions and the route map. Ple ase keep in mind these are general guidelines for our Rally Tour. Due to changing weather, road construction and other events things could chang e. The addresses for our break and lunch will be included. If y ou get too lost, we can meet you at one of these locations.
P lease notify the Driving Tour Chair or one of the leads if you need to leav e the event at any time. If you leave the event at any time the PCA insurance stops. The overall insurance starts when we leave a fter the drivers meeting and ends when we arrive for lunch.
I f you have signed up for lunch or other activities, it is expected you will join us. One of the greatest challenges for planning these events is finding a place that will host us for lunch. Hopefully you are re ading the fine print. What state is Bar Harbor located in? We commit to the m the head count that you provided at registration, and they are planning t heir staff and income based on this number.

If you register for the event, please be prepared to attend. If you need to ca ncel, (things do happen) please notify us so soon as possible. As much noti ce as you can provide gives us the opportunity to open your registration fo r another club member on the wait list. There may be costs incurred for cancelations for rooms and meals.
